Features
Feature Add-Ins (Figure 6-1) simplify PBX return values by translating them from an encrypted code into a meaningful message. Software ID and Display Issue are two examples of this type of Add-In.

Enhanced Features
Enhanced Feature Add-Ins (Figure 6-2) use one or more related commands to setup a specific task or feature within the PBX. For example, the Caller ID Add-In uses multiple commands such as command 30, 09, 05, 06, 08, etc. to setup this enhanced feature in the PBX.
