Ordering ISDN Lines
Use the information in this section to order your ISDN line. If you have already installed your ISDN line, you can check the following information to make sure that you can use all the features of your Model RT328/RH348 router.
Ordering the Line
To order your ISDN line:
1.Contact the ISDN Ordering Center of your local telephone company to find out what type of ISDN service is available.
2.Provide your telephone company with the proper provisioning information.
Refer to the next sections to determine the provisioning information for the appropriate switch type and ISDN service.
3.Obtain configuration information from the telephone company.
When the telephone company installs your ISDN line, make sure you obtain the following information:
•ISDN switch type and protocol
•ISDN telephone number(s)
•ISDN Service Profile Identifier (SPID) number(s) (only for North America)
