La cámara modificará D-Lighting activo disparo a disparo conforme al programa de horquillado seleccionado. Mientras el horquillado esté activado, se visualizará un indicador de progreso del horquillado en el panel de control. Un segmento desparecerá del indicador tras cada disparo: el segmento yal realizar la primera toma, el segmento 0al realizar la segunda toma y el segmento 1al realizar la tercera toma (si fuese aplicable).

Para cancelar el horquillado, pulse el botón D y gire el dial de control principal hasta que el indicador de progreso del horquillado y el icono dya no se visualicen.

En los modos de disparo continuo a baja velocidad y continuo a alta velocidad, los disparos se detendrán una vez que el número de disparos especificado en el programa de horquillado haya sido realizado. Los disparos se reanudarán la próxima vez que pulse el disparador. En el modo disparador automático, la cámara realizará el número de disparos seleccionado en el paso 2 de la página 158 cada vez que pulse el disparador, sin importar la opción seleccionada para la configuración personalizada c3 (Disparador automático) > Número de tomas (0 227); sin embargo, el intervalo entre disparos será controlado por la configuración personalizada c3 (Disparador automático) > Intervalo entre tomas. En el resto de modos, se realizará una toma cada vez que pulse el disparador.

Si la tarjeta de memoria se llena antes de realizarse todos los disparos de la secuencia, podrá reanudar los disparos desde el siguiente disparo de la secuencia una vez sustituya la tarjeta de memoria o borre tomas para proporcionar más espacio a la tarjeta de memoria. Si apaga la cámara antes de realizar todos los disparos de la secuencia, el horquillado se reanudará desde el siguiente disparo de la secuencia al encender la cámara.
