Solución de problemas

Si la cámara no funciona correctamente, antes de acudir al vendedor o representante del servicio técnico autorizado de Nikon, consulte la siguiente lista de problemas más comunes.

Pantalla

El visor está desenfocado: Ajuste el enfoque del visor o utilice lentes de corrección de ocular opcionales (0 33, 297).

El visor está oscuro: Introduzca una batería completamente cargada (0 21, 35).

Las pantallas se apagan sin previo aviso: Seleccione retardos más largos para la configuración personalizada c2 (Temporizador de espera) o c4 (Retar. apagad. pantalla) (0 227, 228).

Las pantallas del panel de control y del visor no responden y están oscurecidas: Los tiempos de respuesta y el brillo de estas pantallas varían en función de la temperatura.

Se visualizan líneas delgadas alrededor del punto de enfoque activo o la pantalla se vuelve de color rojo al marcar el punto de enfoque: Este fenómeno es normal para este tipo de visor y no indica un funcionamiento erróneo.

ASi la cámara no responde

En casos muy excepcionales, las pantallas podrían no responder como se esperaba y la cámara podría dejar de funcionar. En la mayoría de las ocasiones, este fenómeno se debe a una carga estática externa de gran intensidad. Apague la cámara, saque la batería y vuelva a instalarla teniendo cuidado de no quemarse y, a continuación, vuelva a encender la cámara, o, si está utilizando un adaptador de CA (disponible por separado), desconéctelo y vuelva a conectarlo y, a continuación, encienda de nuevo la cámara. Póngase en contacto con un representante del servicio técnico autorizado de Nikon o con su distribuidor si el problema persiste.
