
Shooting Suited to Scenes (Scene Mode)
OPet portrait
Use this mode for taking portraits of pets (dogs or cats). When the camera detects the face of a dog or cat, it focuses on the face and automatically releases the shutter (pet portrait auto release).
•On the screen displayed when OPet portrait is selected for scene mode, select Single or Continuous.
-Single: The camera takes one picture at a time.
-Continuous: When the focus is acquired on the detected face, the camera releases
the shutter three times (continuous shooting speed rate: about 0.7 frames per second when the image mode setting is R4320×3240). Fis displayed in the monitor during shooting.
•A double border (focus area) is displayed around the
detected face, and it turns green when the focus is acquired. Up to five faces can be detected. When the camera detects more than one face, the double border is displayed around the largest face, and single borders are displayed around the others.
