The Shooting Menu (for A (Auto) Mode)

q/s/rTouch Shooting

Enter the A(auto) mode shooting screen M Press the d button M

Tap q/s/r Touch shooting

•Touch shutter and Touch AF/AE can be used in A (auto) mode and other shooting modes, and the operations vary depending on the current shooting mode (E30, E34).

Option	Description	A
qTouch shutter	Images can be taken by simply tapping the monitor.	E29
(default setting)
	Use this option to take images of moving subjects.
sSubject tracking	Tap the subject on which the camera will focus. The	E31
	focus area will automatically move to track the
	subject.
rTouch AF/AE	Tap the monitor to set the focus area. Press the
	shutter-release button to take the image with the	E33
	focus and exposure achieved with the focus area.
