Shooting Suited to Scenes (Scene Mode)

Provides clear images of text or drawings on a white board or in print.

•Camera focuses on the subject at the center of the frame.

•Use macro mode (A39) to focus at short ranges.

•Colored text and drawings may not show up well.

yMpPanorama

Use this mode to take panorama pictures.

From the screen displayed after the pPanorama scene mode is selected, select Easy panorama or Panorama assist.

•Easy panorama (default setting): By simply moving the camera in the desired direction, panoramas that can be played back using the camera can be taken.

•Panorama assist: Use this setting to take a series of pictures while confirming how each

image will connect to the next. After transferring the images to a computer, the images can be joined by using the supplied Panorama Maker 5 software (A161).
