ERSETZEN DER HAUPTKEHRWALZE

Bürsten von verschiedenen Härten werden geliefert. Dieser Vorgang ist für jeden Bürstentyp gültig.

Beim Ersetzen der Hauptkehrwalze wird es empfohlen, Arbeitshandschuhe zu tragen, denn schneidende Abfälle zwischen den Borsten können eingeklemmt werden.

1.Die Maschine auf einen fl achen Boden stellen und die Feststellbremse mittels des Pedals (3) und des Hebels (4) betätigen.

2.Den Zündschlüssel (82) auf „0“ drehen.

3.Die Knöpfe (23) ausschrauben und die rechte Klappe (22) entfernen.

4.Den Knopf (A, Abb. 3) ausschrauben.

5.Die Knöpfe (B, Abb. 3) ausschrauben und den Deckel des Hauptkehrwalzenraums (C) entfernen.

6.Die Hauptkehrwalze (A, Abb. 4) entfernen.

7.Prüfen, dass die Nabe (A, Abb. 5) frei von Schmutz und Gegenständen (Leinen, Lappen, usw.) ist, die zufällig aufgerollt wurden.

8.Die neue Hauptkehrwalze einbauen, durch Stellen der Borsten (B, Abb. 5) wie es in Abbildung dargestellt ist.

9.Die neue Hauptkehrwalze (C, Abb. 5) in die Maschine einsetzen und sicherstellen, dass die Einrastvorrichtung

(D) in die entsprechende Nabe (A) eingefügt wird.

10.Den Deckel des Hauptkehrwalzenraums (C, Abb. 3) wieder einsetzen und die Knöpfe (B) und (A) einschrauben.

11.Die rechte Klappe (22) einsetzen und die Knöpfe (23) einschrauben.

12.Die Höhe der Hauptkehrwalze prüfen und einstellen, wie es im vorhergehenden Abschnitt beschrieben ist.
