BETRIEBSANLEITUNG

PRÜFUNG DER FLAPSHÖHE UND -

FUNKTIONSFÄHIGKEIT

1.Die Maschine auf einen fl achen und geeigneten Boden als Bezugsfl äche zur Prüfung der Flapshöhe stellen.

Die Feststellbremse mittels des Pedals (3) und des Hebels

(4) betätigen.

2.Den Zündschlüssel (82) auf „0“ drehen.

Prüfung der Seitenflaps

3.Die Knöpfe (23) und (21) ausschrauben und die rechte (22) und linke Klappen (20) entfernen.

4.Prüfen, dass die Seitenfl aps (13 und 14) unversehrt sind. Die Flaps bei Schnitten (A, Abb. 12) von mehr als 20 mm oder Durchbrüchen (B) von mehr als 10 mm ersetzen (zur Ersetzung der Flaps, siehe die Service-Anleitung).

5.Prüfen, ob die Bodenfreiheit der Seitenfl aps (13 und 14) von 0 bis 3 mm (A, Abb. 13) liegt. Falls nötig, die Höhe der Flaps durch die Langlöcher (A, Abb. 16) einstellen.

6.Die Bauteile in der umgekehrten Reihenfolge des Ausbaus wieder einbauen.

Prüfung der Vorder- und Hinterflaps

7.Die Hauptkehrwalze nach der Anweisungen im entsprechenden Abschnitt entfernen.

8.Prüfen, dass die Vorder- (15) und Hinterfl aps (16) unversehrt sind. Die Flaps bei Schnitten (A, Abb. 12) von mehr als 20 mm oder Durchbrüchen (B) von mehr als 10 mm ersetzen (zur Ersetzung der Flaps, siehe die Service- Anleitung).

9.Prüfen, dass:

• Der Vorderfl ap (A, Abb. 17) leicht auf den Boden

schleift und dass jedenfalls nicht vom Boden (A, Abb.

14) getrennt ist.

•Der Hinterfl ap (B, Abb. 17) eine Bodenfreiheit zwischen 0 und 3 mm (A, Abb. 13) aufweist.

10.Falls nötig, die Höhe der Flaps durch die Langlöcher (C und D, Abb. 17) einstellen.

11.Das Flap-Pedal vorn (5) treten und prüfen, dass der Vorderfl ap (A, Abb. 15) nach oben um 90° dreht (siehe Abbildung); das Pedal freilassen und prüfen, dass der Flap in Anfangstellung zurückkehrt und in einer mittleren Stellung nicht bleibt. Falls nötig, zum Einstellen bzw. Ersetzen des Kabels des Vorderfl aps, siehe die Service- Anleitung.

12.Die Bauteile in der umgekehrten Reihenfolge des Ausbaus wieder einbauen.
