CONTROLE ET REGLAGE DE LA HAUTEUR DU

BALAI CENTRAL

REMARQUE

La machine est livrée avec des balais de dureté différente. La procédure ci-décrite est applicable à tous les types de balais.

1.Contrôler la hauteur du sol du balai central, en procédant comme suit :

•Amener la machine sur un sol plat.

•En gardant la machine en position d’arrêt, baisser le balai central et le faire tourner pendant quelques secondes.

•Arrêter et soulever le balai central, puis déplacer la machine et l’arrêter.

•Contrôler que la largeur de la trace (A, Fig. 3) laissée par le balai central est comprise entre 2 et 4 cm dans

toute sa longueur.

 

Au cas où la trace (A) résulterait différente, procéder

au réglage de la hauteur du balai central, en procédant

comme suit.

 

 

2.

Tourner la poignée (A, Fig. 4), en considérant que :

 

 

• Pour augmenter la largeur de la trace, il faut tourner

 

 

la poignée dans le sens contraire aux aiguilles d’une

 

 

montre.

 

 

• Pour réduire la largeur de la trace, il faut soulever le

 

 

balai au moyen du levier (80) et tourner la poignée

 

 

dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre.

 

 

REMARQUE

 

 

Outre la fonction de réglage de la trace au sol, la

 

 

poignée a aussi la fonction de réglage du balai selon

 

 

l’usage des poils.

 

3.

Exécuter à nouveau le point 1 pour vérifier le réglage de la

hauteur du sol du balai central.

 

 

4.

Lorsque l’usure excessive du balai n’en permet plus

 

 

le réglage, le remplacer comme prévu au paragraphe

 

 

suivant.

Au cas où il ne serait pas possible de régler

 

 

correctement la trace (A, Fig. 3), car le balai

 

 

exerce une pression excessivement différente aux

 

 

extrémités de sa longueur, se référer au manuel

 

 

d’entretien pour la procédure de réglage.
