Cell broadcast

Go to Desk > Cell broadcast.

In areas where Cell Broadcast Service (CBS) is available, you can receive messages on various topics such as, for example, weather or traffic conditions, from your service provider. For available topics and relevant topic numbers, contact your service provider.

Cell broadcast is a network service. Check with your service provider to see whether CBS is available.

Note that a packet data (GPRS) connection may prevent cell broadcast reception. Contact your network operator for the correct GPRS settings.
