•Alert - Allows you to turn on or off the Minute beep, Connect tone, or Disconnect tone.
•Service - Allows you to set the Data Mode and Roaming Options. Select the Hybrid Mode, GPS setting, and your Voice privacy level.
•Security - Allows you to restore the factory default settings for your phone. Set Emergency Call numbers. Change NAM Mode. Display the current hardware and software version of the i830.
Phone Tab
These options allow you to configure several different settings that are specific to the phone including:
•Changing the Voicemail Dialup Number
•System Sounds
•Keypad Tones
•Voice Privacy Notification
Phone Ringer Options
You can select several different phone ringer sounds for the i830. You can also change the ring type and its tone, as well as set an alert for when voice privacy is not available. To access these settings:
1.Tap Start located in the upper left corner of the screen.
2.Tap Settings.
3.Tap the Personal tab.
4.Tap the Phone icon.
5.Tap the Phone tab.
