IP address of the default VLAN	Description: Specifies the IP address of the
[0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0]:	default Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN).
	Action: Type the IP address of the default
	VLAN.

Configure system identification to specify the system name, contact person, and location of the switch.

Prerequisites

•You must log on to the Global Configuration mode in the NNCLI.

Procedure steps

Step Action

1Change the system name by using the following command: sys name <word>

2Configure the system contact by using the following command: snmp-server contact <word>

3Configure the system location by using the following command: snmp-server location <word>
