Step Action
1From the Exchange Management Console, select Recipient Configuration and right click on Mailbox. Select New Mailbox... to start the New Mailbox Wizard.
2The opening screen for New Mailbox Wizard appears. Select User Mailbox and click Next, as shown in the following figure:
