Step Eleven: Install boom valve to pump

Install the boom valve with (2) hose clamps and (1) 14” hose. Follow hose clamp installation instructions below.

1.Attach one end of the 14” hose to the boom hose barb on the pump.

2.Attach the other end of the 14” hose to the boom valve.

Step Twelve: Connect boom valve to boom nozzles

Connect with (4) hose clamps, (1) 14” hose, and (1) 24” hose. Follow hose clamp installation instructions below.

1.Attach one end of the 14” hose to the boom valve.

2.Attach the other end of the 14” hose to the right nozzle fitting.

3.Attach one end of the 24” hose to the boom valve.

4.Attach the other end of the 24” hose to the left nozzle fitting.

Hose clamp installation instructions

1.Slide hose clamp over the end of the hose

2.Push the hose onto the hose barb

3.Slide the hose clamp over the hose barb

4.Tighten the hose clamp
