NORMAL
•1 Cup Milk
•3 Cups Bread Flour
•¼ Tsp. Salt
•1 Egg Yolk
•1 Tbsp. Butter
•¼ Cup Sugar
•1 Tsp. Dry Yeast
Topping:
•2 Tbsp. Melted Butter
•¼ Cup Sugar
•1 Tsp. Cinnamon
•½ Cup Crushed Pecans
LARGE
•1 Cup Milk
•4 Cups Bread Flour
•½ Tsp. Salt
•1 Egg Yolk
•2 Tbsp. Butter
•¼ Cup Sugar
•1½ Tsp. Dry Yeast
Topping:
•3 Tbsp. Melted Butter
•½ Cup Sugar
•1½ Tsp. Cinnamon
•½ Cup Crushed Pecans
Use PROGRAM 8: DOUGH
Take dough out of Bread Pan and knead it.
Form dough into a greased and floured round or square bread pan.
Follow the directions below to make the topping: Brush butter onto the bread.
Mix the sugar, cinnamon and nuts together in a bowl and spread on top of butter.
Set loaf of bread aside for 30 minutes, unrefrigerated, and then bake in a preheated 350˚ F oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the loaf comes out clean.
