Alarm Message List

Message	Meaning	Explanation
BATTERY LOW	Low battery	Battery power is getting low.

INDEX FULL	Index full	The file is full of index marks
		(maximum of 16 marks).
INDEX CAN’T	File not	Tried to incorporate WMA file
BE ENTERED	supporting index	index marks into the music
		files or the files not recorded
		with the recorder.
FOLDER FULL	Folder full	The folder is full of files
		(maximum of 199 files).
	Maximum number	The destination folder already
		has the maximum number of
		files (199).
OVER-FLOW	Too many	Exceeds the maximum number
	characters input	of characters that can be
		registered.
COMMENT	File not	Tried to incorporate comments
CAN’T BE	supporting	into WMA files.

Action

Replace with new batteries (☞ P.10).

Unlock the file (☞ P.80).

Erase index marks that are no longer required (☞ P.39).

You can incorporate index marks into the voice files recorded with the recorder or IC recorders from Olympus only.
