Attaching the Camera Strap

Attach the carrying strap to both sides of the camera.

Caution

1 Slide the end of the strap through the strap eyelet on the camera.

2 As shown in the illustration, slide the end of the strap through the sleeve and frame on the strap.

3 Slide the sleeve up to the eyelet.

4 Pull the strap tight around the frame and make sure that it does not slip.

5 Repeat this procedure to attach the other end of the strap to the other side of the camera.

Please make sure that the strap is connected securely to the camera. Not attaching the strap, or attaching it incorrectly, could cause you to drop and damage the camera. Olympus can assume absolutely no responsibility for damages resulting from incorrectly attaching or not attaching the strap to the camera.
