Signature Chili
Add corn, substitute turkey for ground beef, or omit meat as desired.
Olive oil
2 pounds hamburger

1 teaspoon oregano
3 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
5 cloves garlic

5 dashes hot sauce
Optional garnishes:
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Chopped avocado
Sour cream
Chopped fresh cilantro
1.Set pressure cooker to browning mode and add olive oil. Crumble and brown meat; drain fat.
2.Add all other ingredients to the pressure cooker.
3.Cover and cook under pressure for 25 minutes or press program indicator for Stew .
4.Garnish as desired.

Beef Bourguignon
3 pounds beef chuck, cube | 1 cup mushrooms, sliced |
½ cup flour | 1 cup fresh parsley, minced |
1 teaspoon salt | 6 teaspoon minced garlic |
1 teaspoon pepper | 4 bay leaves |
½ pound bacon, diced | 2 cups red or white wine |
Olive oil | 1 cup beef broth |
2 onions, sliced |

1.Mix the flour, salt, and pepper. Coat beef in flour mixture.
2.Add bacon to pressure cooker and set to Browning mode . Cook bacon, drain fat and set aside.
3.Add oil to pressure cooker and set to Browning mode . Sear beef on all sides.
4.Add remaining ingredients and bacon back to pressure cooker. Cover and cook under pressure for
