CARE AND CLEANING

1.Unplug the unit from the electric outlet before cleaning.

2.Remove the inner pot and lid and wash them with soapy water, rinse and wipe them dry with a soft cloth after each time you use the appliance.

3.Cleaning the lid: Make sure to remove the inner cover by pulling the knob inside. This will allow you to clean the airproof gasket, the support axis, steam valve protective cover and the core of the safety pressure valve (see figure). It is also important to clean the handle, the steam valve and the safety pressure valve on top of the lid.

a. Cleaning the valve jam-preventive cover: Remove the jam-preventive cover from under the steam valve to clean it and press it back it its place under lid after cleaning is complete.
