An interface specification defined in the ETSI EN 300 324-1 and

ETSI EN 300 347-1 standards. A V5.2 interface connects a local exchange in a PSTN network to a number of remote end users.

variable

The field in a component name that can be used to store an attribute. The attribute denotes the external representation of a variable. A variable is the internal representation of an attribute.

variable bit rate (VBR)
