	0: CTL and TCG are used in the drop frame mode.
	1: CTL and TCG are used in the non-drop frame mode.
P-REC	This sets the TCG mode.
P-FREE	0: Internal TC PRESET is used in the REC RUN mode.
I-REGEN	1: Internal TC PRESET is used in the FREE RUN
E-VITC	mode.
	2: Internal TC is used in the REGEN mode.

3: VITC of input video signals is used in the REGEN mode.
