•We recommend setting the flash to Forced OFF [_] when you take pictures at close range.
•When you take pictures at close range, the resolution of the periphery of the
picture may decrease slightly. This is not a malfunction.

When you select a scene mode to match the subject and recording situation, the camera sets the optimal exposure and hue to obtain the desired picture.

Press I_ for the [SCENE MODE] menu.

• You can switch menu screens from any menu item by rotating the zoom lever.
