11.3.6 Using an SD card
Problem Cause & Solution
No image are displayed. LThere is no SD card inserted in the unit. Insert a supported SD card (page
81).
LThe inserted SD card is not compatible with the unit. Use a supported SD
card (page 80).
LThere is no files stored on the SD card. Save files on the SD card in a
supported file format beforehand.
LThe file is too large or is in an unsupported format. Use a supported file
format (page 31).
It takes considerable time to
display an image.
LIt may take some time until the image is displayed, depending on the image
format and size of the image. This is normal.
I cannot save the data to an
SD card.
LThere is no SD card inserted in the unit. Insert a supported SD card (page
81).
LThe write-protect switch of the SD card is in the lock position. Unlock the
switch to allow write access (page 80) and try again.
LThere is not enough space to save new files on the SD card. Delete
unnecessary files, and try again.
I cannot print a file saved on
the SD card.
LThere is no SD card inserted in the unit. Insert a supported SD card (page
81).
LYou tried to print different file formats onto 1 page. Activate the continuous
print setting (page 32).
LThe file may be broken. Try viewing the file on your computer.
LThe file is too large or is in an unsupported format. Use a supported file
format (page 31).
