3Press (Menu) and (Delete a specific
fax).
Deleting a specific fax stored in
memory
1Press (Fax list).
2Press (up or down) to select the desired
fax to delete.
4To delete the fax, select “ ” (Yes).
1While “ ” (A fax has been
received) is displayed, press (Set).
• When “ ” (A fax has been
received) is not displayed, press (Fax list).
2Press (up or down) to select the desired fax
to print.
3Press (Copy).

2Press (Menu) and (Delete all faxes).
3To delete all the faxes, select “ ” (Yes).
