Setting the Terminal Number

This feature is subject to the network service. Please contact your Network provider. If you have more than one base unit telephone connected to the same line, you can set your base unit Terminal number.

1	Press JOYSTICK	2	Select		3	Select	4	Enter 4-digit
	(or move).		“	SMS”.		“Parameters”.		Base Unit PIN.

(Factory preset 0000)

5	Select	6	Terminal	7 Press JOYSTICK. 8 Select “Save”.
	“Terminal No.”.		Number

Enter Terminal number (1-9).

•Press dialling button through to enter the Terminal number.

Setting the Public Keys

This feature is only available when the other party has a Panasonic SMS-compatible fixed line telephone, or an SMS-compatible fixed line telephone from another manufacturer which features Public Keys. You can set up to 6 Public Keys and associate passwords with the keys. This allows you to receive private messages that only you can access via a password. The Public Key names can be a maximum of 5 characters. The names are to be defined by yourself and made known to the selected private message senders. The passwords is 4 digits. They are to be defined by yourself and known only to yourself.

Follow steps 1 to 4 shown above, then:

5	Select “Public	6	Select the desired Public	7	Public Key name

8	Press JOYSTICK.	9	4-digit Password	10	Select “Save”.
			Enter Public Key
