Chapter 1 Preparation
Approx. battery life
•Battery life may be shortened depending on usage conditions and ambient
temperature.
•Clean the charge contacts of the handset and the charger with a soft, dry
cloth once a month. Clean more often if the unit is subject to grease, dust or
high humidity.Otherwise the battery may not charge properly.
•If the battery is fully charged, you do not have to place the handset on the charger
until “Recharge” is displayed and/or “” flashes. This will maximize the
battery life.
•The battery cannot be overcharged.

Recharge
Recharge the battery when:
— “Recharge” is displayed on the handset,
— “” flashes on the handset display, or
— the handset beeps intermittently while it is in use.
•If you DO NOT recharge the battery for more than
15 minutes, the display will keep indicating
“Recharge” and/or “” will continue to flash.
