memory

broadcast memory location (“<BROADCAST>” or

RWhen adding new items to the MANUAL

BROADCAST memory, you can only select stored

items.

broadcast memory

broadcast memory location (“<BROADCAST>” or

want to erase.

RTo cancel erasing, press MStopN.

6.4.4 Sending the same document to

pre-programmed parties

To send the same document using the scanner glass

1. Set the original (page 19).

2. If necessary, change the resolution (page 41) and the

contrast (page 41).

3. Press MBroadcastN or MManual BroadN.

RTo send a single page, go to step 5.

RTo send multiple pages, go to the next step.

4. Place the next page. A MSetN

RTo send more pages, repeat this step.

5. MStartN

Note:

RTo stop sending, see page 72.

RIf you select “FINE”, “SUPER FINE” or “PHOTO”

resolution, the number of pages that the unit can

send will decrease.

RIf the document exceeds the memory capacity,

sending will be canceled.

RIf a party is busy or does not answer, it will be skipped

and redialed later 1 time.

RAfter transmission, the unit will automatically print a

report (broadcast sending report).

To send the same document using the automatic

document feeder

1. Set the original (page 20).

2. If necessary, change the resolution (page 41) and the

contrast (page 41).

3. Press MBroadcastN or MManual BroadN.
