Setting the quick setup

You can print out the quick fax setup guide and select the desired receiving
mode depending on your situation.
M1N FAX ONLY (default): Use only as a fax (page 46).
M2N DIST. RING: With the Distinctive Ring service (page 53).
M3N EXT. TAM: With an external telephone answering machine (page 47).
M4N EXT. TEL: Mostly phone calls (page 47).

RIf you do not wish to print it, press MStopN.
4. Press M1N to M4N to display the desired setting.

Setting the date and time

Setting your logo

Setting your fax number

Selecting the language

The display and reports will be in the selected language.
M1N ENGLISH (default): English is used.
M2N SPANISH: Spanish is used.
