Conﬁguration Import/Export

The Model 3101RC provides the conﬁguration preservation feature that the conﬁguration database is stored in ﬂash memory (two partitions available). In addition to the conﬁguration preservation feature, the Model 3101RC also provides the conﬁguration export/import feature.

Suppose that TFTP Server IP address is 192.168.7.1 and conﬁguration ﬁle name is ‘testcfg’:

A – Import ﬁle from TFTP Server to the Download Conﬁg and then write Download Conﬁg to the Flash (par- tition 1 or partition 2).

Example:

enable configure

remotecfg login 192.168.7.1 get testcfg write partition <number>

B – Import ﬁle from TFTP Server to the Download Conﬁg and then load Download Conﬁg to the Running Conﬁg.

Example:

enable configure

remotecfg login 192.168.7.1 get testcfg load
