3.Enter a batch name.

If the screen shows a blank:

∙Enter a 1-8 character name and press E.

∙Press E only to let the printer name the batch. See "Automatic Batch Naming."

If the screen shows a batch name:

∙Press E only to copy the batch. Copying a batch lets you change the data you need to change, instead of re-entering all of it. See "Copying a Batch."

∙Press U to display a blank line, and enter a new batch name. Press E to create a new batch.

∙If AUTO# is shown, press E for automatic batch naming of additional batches.

4.You'll see the first data entry prompt. Enter data for each prompt and press E.

You must enter data for each prompt before you can go to the next prompt.

5.After the data entry prompts, you may also see one or more o the following prompts. These prompts define the supply for printing.
