The remote control of the TV uses RF (radio frequency) to
send its commands to the TV. With RF, you do not need to
point the rem ote control at the TV.
However, th e TV can al so receive commands from a remote
control that us es IR (infrared) to send commands. If you use
such a remote control, always make sure you point the remote
control at the infrared sensor on the front of the TV.
Pairing
This remote control uses radio frequency (RF) to send its
commands to the TV. Contrary to remote controls usin g
infrared signals, with this remote control you can send
commands without pointin g at the TV.
With n o need to point the re mote con trol, using the keyboard
on th e back or s endin g comm ands from an other room -
changing the volume or s witching channe ls - is easy.
Additionally, the TV can notify you when the battery power of
the remote control is low.
