nel from Monday through Friday.While the
month digit is flashing,press the PLAY Bor
STOP Cbutton to select MO-FR.
●For everyday recording :To record a TV pro-
gramme at the same time on the same chan-
nel every day.While the month digit is flash-
ing,press the PLAY Bor STOP Cbutton
repeatedly to select MO-SU.
●For weekly recording :To record a TV pro-
gramme at the same time on the same chan-
nel every week.While the month digit is flash-
ing,press the PLAY Bor STOP Cbutton
repeatedly to select W-MO (Example:every
monday).
5For once-only recording only :Press the PLAY
Bor STOP Cbutton repeatedly until your
desired day appears.
6Press the PLAY Bor STOP Cbutton repeat-
edly until the relevant start hour appears.
Next,enter the minute digit.
7Press the PLAY Bor STOP Cbutton repeat-
edly until the relevant end hour appears.
Next,enter the minute digit.
8Press the PLAY Bor STOP Cbutton repeat-
edly until the relevant channel number
appears.
9Press the PLAY Bor STOP Cbutton repeat-
edly until your the desired tape speed
appears.
10Press the FF gbutton Programme 1 is
now completed.
11Press the MENU button to exit.
12Press the TIMER button to activate the timer.
Timer Recording
●Timer Recording allows you to programme
you DVD/VCR to record TV programs while
you’re away.
1With the clock set to ON,press the VCR
button,then the MENU button.
2Press the PLAY Bor STOP Cbutton to
select TIMER,then press the FF gbutton.
3Press the PLAY Bor STOP Cbutton to
select a slot to store the timer recording,
then press the FF gbutton.
Recording One Channel/
Watching Another
1Press the VCR button,then the REC button to
record the current TV channel.
2Use the TV remote control to select the chan-
nel you wish to watch.
3To return to the being recorded channel,use
the TV remote control to select similar chan-
nel set on the DVD/VCR (eg.36).
4Press the STOP Cbutton to stop the record-
ing.
One-Touch Recording
●This feature allows you to set an immediate
time recording between 30 minutes to eight
hours long.
1Place the DVD/VCR in VCR mode and VCR
position.
2Select a recording speed (SP,LP) with the
SPEED button.
3Put a recordable tape in the cassette compart-
ment.
4Press the VCR button,then the P +/– or
numerical key pad buttons to select the chan-
nel to be recorded.
5Press the REC button repeatedly until the
desired recording length appears on the
screen.
aRecording starts immediately.
6To stop an OTR at any time,press STOP C
button.
●To cancel the OTR but continue recording,
press the REC button repeatedly until ●
mark appears in the TV screen.
7When the OTR finishes,the DVD/VCR will
switch to DVD mode automatically.
