[Parental]
Restrict a ccess to discs that are unsui table
for children. Th ese types of discs must be
recorded with ratings.
1) Press OK.
2) Select a rating l evel, then press OK.
3) Press the numer ic keys to enter the
password.

Rated discs abo ve the level you set in •
[Parental] require a pas sword to be played.
The ratings ar e country-de pendent. To allow

all discs to play, selec t ‘ 8’.
Some discs have ra tings printed on t hem but

are not recorde d with ratings. T his function
has no effect on s uch discs.

You can set or change the pa ssword (see •
