Using balance adjustment

Fader/balancesetting creates an ideal listen-

1 PressAUDIO to select FAD.
2 Pressaor bto adjust front/rear speak-
erbalance.
FADF15 to FAD R15 is displayed.
#FAD0 is the proper settingwhen only two
speakersare used.
3 Presscor dto adjust left/right speaker
balance.
BALL15 to BAL R15 is displayed.
#Toreturn to the normal display, press BAND.

Using the equalizer

Thereare six stored equalizer settings such as
DYNAMIC,VOCAL,NATURAL,CUSTOM,
FLATand POWERFUL that can easily be re-
calledat any time.
!CUSTOMis an adjusted equalizer curve
thatyou create.
!WhenFLAT is selected no supplement or
correctionis made to the sound.
%PressEQ to select the equalizer.
PressEQ repeatedly to switch between the fol-
lowingequalizers:

Adjusting equalizer curves

Youcan adjust the currently selected equalizer
curvesetting as desired. Adjusted equalizer
curvesettings are memorized in CUSTOM.

Adjustingbass/mid/treble

Youcan adjust the bass/mid/treble level.
1 PressAUDIO to select BASS/MID/
TREBLE.
2 Pressaor bto adjust the level.
+6to 6is displayed as the level is increased
ordecreased.
#Toreturn to the normal display, press BAND.

Adjusting loudness

Loudnesscompensates for deficiencies in the
low-and high-sound ranges at low volume.
1 PressAUDIO to select LOUD.
2 Pressaor bto turn loudness on or off.
#Youcan also turn loudness on or off by press-
ingand holding EQ.
3 Presscor dto select a desired level.
