Using disc title functions
Youcan input CD titles and display the title.
Thenext time you insert a CD for which you
haveentered a title, the title of that CD is dis-
played.

Enteringdisc titles

Usethe disc title input feature to store up to
48CD titles in the unit. Each title can be up to
10characters long.
1 Playthe CD that you want to enter a
titlefor.
2 UseMULTI-CONTROL to select
TITLEINPUT in the function menu.
3 PressMULTI-CONTROL to display the
titleinput mode.
4 TurnMULTI-CONTROL to select a letter
ofthe alphabet.
#Youcan also perform the same operations by
pushingMULTI-CONTROL up or down.
5 PressMULTI-CONTROL to move the cur-
sorto the next character position.
6 Afterentering the title, press and hold
MULTI-CONTROLto store it in memory.
Notes
!Titlesremain in memory, even after the disc is
removedfrom the unit, and are recalled when
thedisc is reinserted.
!Afterdata for 48 discs are stored in the mem-
ory,data for a new disc overwrites the oldest
one.
!Ifyou connect a multi-CD player, you can
inputdisc titles for up to 100 discs.
!Whena multi-CD player that does not support
disctitle functions is connected, you cannot
enterdisc titles in this unit.
