Regional function

When AF is used to retune the tuner automatically, the Regional function limits the selec- tion to stations broadcasting regional programs.

Note:

•Regional programming and regional networks are organized differently depending on the country (i.e., they may change according to the hour, state or broadcast area).

•The preset number may disappear on the display if the tuner tunes in a regional station which dif- fers from the originally set station.

Activating the Regional function

The Regional function can be turned ON independently for each FM band.

•Press the FUNCTION button 5 on Tuner Setting Screen switches the Regional function ON/OFF.
