PRINTER OFFLINE - Printer is waiting for data and the main drive motor is off. This message appears when you turn the power on.

PRINTER ONLINE - The main drive motor is on and waiting for the feeder to be turned on.

PRINTING - Both main drive and feeder are on. Printer is feeding media and printing. If no media is in the hopper, the printer shuts down after one half second.

SETUP MENU -The printer is in Setup Mode.

SERVICE MENU - The printer is in Service Mode.

TEST PRINTING - The printer is in Test Mode. Press ENTER to print a test sheet.

ENTER TO FEED - Press the ENTER key to engage the feeder.

ENTER TO STOP FEED - Press the ENTER key to disengage the feeder.

OUT OF PAPER - The paper sensor does not detect media within one half second of starting the feeder.

OPERATOR STOP - The operator caused the printer to stop printing.

REMOTE STOP - The software stopped the printer from printing.

PAPER JAM - Paper jam detected.

Setup Menu Functions

To place the printer in Setup Mode, hold the MENU key for two seconds. Use the + and - keys to move through the functions.

TOTAL COUNT - Displays the total pieces fed.
