Als de stopwatch loopt, druk op Up of Down om tijdens het sporten de volgende informatie op te vragen:

Tijd doorgebracht in de inspanningszone (IN ZONE)

Calorieverbruik (OWNCAL) De functie voor caloriever- bruik moet zijn ingesteld om uw OWNCAL op het display te kunnen aflezen.

Stopwatch (EXERCISE)

BEKIJKEN VAN DE HARTSLAGLIMIETEN

Tijdens het sporten, hoeft u niet op knoppen te drukken om de ingestelde hartslaglimieten te controleren. Het is voldoende als u de ontvanger in de buurt van het Polar logo op de borstband houdt.

Gedurende enkele seconden worden de waarden van de huidige inspanningszone weergegeven en verlicht.

SCOORT TIJDENS HET SPORTEN

Bij de modellen M31 en M32 verschijnt er voor iedere 100 kcal aan energieverbruik een bolletje.

Bij de modellen M61 en M62 verschijnt er na iedere

10 minuten sporten in de inspanningszone een bolletje.

WISSELEN VAN DE

HARTSLAGLIMIETEN

Bij de modellen M61 en M62 kunt u tijdens het sporten de hartslaglimieten wisselen terwijl de stopwatch loopt en de OwnZone is ingeschakeld. U kunt kiezen uit OwnZone Basic, OwnZone High, OwnZone Low en het handmatig instellen van de limieten.

Houd Up of Down ingedrukt. De ingestelde OwnZone verspringt naar de volgende OwnZone. Herhaal dit totdat u de gewenste OwnZone heeft bereikt.

Wanneer u tijdens het sporten de hartslaglimieten
