User Guide: SpectraLink 8020/8030 Wireless Telephone with SIP

•the call is transferred to voicemail.

1.Press the Nav f key to select the incoming call tab and view call details. (The original call’s audio remains active.)

Example:

Line 1 : [your dial number] from

[caller ID]

Spkr Answ Rej

2.Press NavOK, START, Spkr or Answ to place the current call on hold and answer the second call, or

3.Press the Rej softkey to reject the incoming call.

Resume a Call on Hold from Standby

Press the Resm softkey. If more than one call is on hold, use the Nav ef keys to select the call you wish to resume and press the Resm softkey or NavOK.

Navigate among Call Tabs

Use the Nav◄► keys.

Forward Calls

Calls may be forwarded on a per-line basis. The Line menu display will indicate if a line is forwarded by a > character followed by the destination address.

•When a line is forwarded, the standby screen displays the forwarding status, unless the do-not-disturb feature is enabled.

•If your handset has multiple lines, set or clear forwarding for each line individually.

1.Press START, or press LINE and select the line number that you want to be forwarded.

2.Press FCN.
