Chapter 2 - Web User Interface (UI)

The first check box under the “New” button on the Archives page is Select All. All of the archives will be checked if this check box is selected.

Go to Archive Pages

The current page number and total number of pages are shown in the top right corner of the archives table.

The buttons to the right of the page numbers are used for page turning. The

button on the far left and the one on the far right are used to return to the first page or jump to the last page, respectively. The two middle

buttons go to the previous page and the next page, respectively. To jump to any page, enter a page number into the blank field on the right and

then click the button.

H.323 Connection Status Display

The recording status of the endpoint currently connected to the Polycom® RSS™ 4000 can be displayed in real time on the bottom of the web page, as shown below. Recording control and status display can be done for the connections that show the H.323 connection status as connected.

With the control buttons, the user can initiate recording on the selected H.323 connection. After the connection is established, the control button display shows as in the following:
