3.On the Summary screen you will notice an Archive Job check box. Check the Archive Job box. Three text fields will appear below the check box. Fill them out with the information requested.
4.Click Go to start the job.
Once the Go button has been pressed the data is sent to the XRn. This process can take a few moments or several minutes depending on the size of your job. A progress window is displayed while the data is being sent to the XRn.
