2.Cover with Vent – The removable skillet cover features a vent. Some of the recipes included in the recipe book refer to whether the vent should be opened or closed during cooking.

Before First Use: Wash skillet and cover in hot, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.

Skillet Assembly (Tools required: Phillips-head screwdriver.)

1.Attach the handle to the lid with two self-tapping (pointed-tip) screws. Tighten until snug. Do NOT overtighten.

2.Attach the two handles/feet to the raised screw posts on the bottom of the skillet with two long screws, two split lock-washers, and two flat washers per handle. Do NOT overtighten.

NOTE: The assembled unit should appear as shown on front cover.
