3. Select “Users/rights” under “Security” menu item. The following dialog box will
pop-up.
4. Create new user. Cli ck “ new us er ’. New us er di alo g pop s up. I np ut us er na me “ targe t”.
Click “OK”.
5. In the passwor d dialog box, also input password “ta rget” in “New Pa ssword” and
“Verify Password” edit box. Click “OK” to save and exit the dialog box.
6. In the “User/Rights Security” Dialog, select “User Name” as “target”. In “Home
Directory” edit b ox, input the pat h wh er e the firmware fi l e ( di gicap) is placed. T he n pr es s “ Done”
to exit.
7. Next time, you do not need to setup again, just double click and open “wftpd32.exe” to
upgrade the DVR/DVS firmware.
