User rights description
“Local Rights”:

PTZ control: Locally control PTZ;
Record: Manual s tart/stop recor ding;
Playback: Local playback and backup the recorded files;
Parameters Setup: Locally setup the DVR parameters;
Log: Locally view the log on DVR;
Utilities: Locally upgrade firmware, format HDD, reboot DVR and shut down DVR, etc.

MAC address
This MAC address is not the address of DVR but the PC that will access DVR. If you setup
this MAC address, only the PC with this MAC address can access this DVR.
At PC end, in DO S pr ompt, you can use “ ipconfig” co mma n d t o get t he PC MAC address ( 6
bytes).
Delete user
In “User Mana gement ” interfa ce, you can use【á】【 â 】 keys to select one user, then us e【à】,
move “Active Frame” to “Del” butt on, press 【ENTER】, in the pop-up confirmation dialog box,
press “Confir m” butt on t o delet e t he sel ect ed us er a nd re turn. Pres s “ Cance l” or 【ESC】to abort
deleting.
