1. Use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll up or down to Day Greeting.
2. Press the Select softkey.
3. Use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll up or down to Record Greeting.
4. After the beep, speak into the phone in a normal tone of voice. (The maximum recording
time of an outgoing annoucement is 30 seconds)
5. Press the Select softkey to save or press the Exit softkey to cancel.
6. After the greeting saved, it will be played back once.
Set Day Start TimeFrom the Auto Attendant sub-menu:
1. Use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll up or down to Day Greeting.
2. Press the Select softkey.
3. Use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll up or down to Set Day Start Time.
4. Press the Select softkey.
5. Use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll up or down to select the correct hour, AM or PM
will be set accordingly with the selected hour.
6. Press CID button to store the hour setting and move on to setting the minutes.
7. Use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll up or down to select the correct minutes.
8. Press the Select softkey to save.
Note: The default setting is 8: 00 am.
Night/Weekend GreetingNight/Weekend Greeting” add “When the Night/Weekend Greeting is set to ON,
callers who call before or after set business hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. as
default) will be informed that your business is closed.
From the Auto Attendant sub-menu:
1. Use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll up or down to Night/Weekend Greeting.
2. Press the Select softkey.
3. Use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll up or down to Night Greeting ON/OFF.
4. Press the Select softkey.
5. Use the VOL (+ or -) buttons to scroll up or down to select ON or OFF.
6. Press the Select softkey to save.
