Clearing a Misfeed in the ADF

Open the ADF cover.

Note

Be sur e to open the ADF cover befor e pulling

out the misfed original. Failure to do so can

result in damage to the original.

Pull out the misfed original.

3Close the ADF cover, and make sure it

locks securely into place.

Important!

If copying was in progress, be sure to specify

the desired copy quantity again.
