Inquiry

The inquiry functions lets you confirm the telephone numbers to contact for repairs or to order toner. Be sure to contact your service engineer to verify the following:

❖Machine Maintenance/Repair

•Telephone No.

•Serial No. of the machine

❖Sales Representative

•Telephone No.

A Press the {User Tools/Counter} key.

Printing inquiry information

A Press the [Print Inquiry List] key.

B Press the {Start} key.

Inquiry information is printed.

C Press the [Exit] key.

D Press the [Exit] key.

Changing the Display Language

You can change the language used on the display. English is set as default

Inquiry information is displayed.
