Assemblage de la Machine

MISE EN GARDE !

La machine à fileter doit être correctement as- semblée afin d’éviter les risques de blessure corporelle grave. Les consignes d’assemblage suivantes doivent être respectées :

La machine à fileter Modèle 1210 peut être utilisée sur établi ou montée sur le support N° 120. Le support N° 120 est un support à trépied pliant (Figure 2). Les broches de guidage sont prévues en haut de chaque pied pour tenir la machine à fileter Modèle 1210 en place.

Montage sur support N° 120

1.Pour préparer le support N° 120, il s’agit de faire pivoter les deux (2) pieds extérieurs autour de la partie cen- trale du support jusqu’à ce que les broches à piston s’engagent en position de verrouillage (Figure 2).

2.Le pied fixe central reçoit un guide plus important. Le pied central et le guide doivent être positionnés à l’ARRIERE de la machine.

3.Pour monter la machine à fileter Modèle 1210 sur le support N° 120, prenez la machine Modèle 1210 par ses poignées de manutention avant et arrière.

4.Positionnez la Modèle 1210 de manière à ce que l’ARRIERE de la machine se trouve à l’aplomb du guide du pied fixe central du support. Les coins avant de la machine doivent alors être à l’aplomb des deux

(2) guides de section inférieure.

5.Descendez la machine sur les broches de montage du support. Les guides aideront à correctement po- sitionner la machine. Introduisez la broche de retenue dans le trou du guide avant du support afin de cap- turer la machine (Figure 3).

MISE EN GARDE Avant de lâcher la machine, vérifiez que les broches de montage du support sont correcte- ment engagées dans la machine à fileter. La broche de retenue doit être correctement introduite avant d’utiliser la machine.
