6.Cuando se haya completado la rosca, el gatillo del cabezal de terrajas entrará en contacto con el extremo del tubo y retraerá las terrajas en forma automática.

7.Suelte el interruptor de pie y retire su pie.

8.Revise la longitud y profundidad de la rosca recién labrada (Figura 18).

¡NOTA! Es posible que sea necesario efectuar un leve ajuste de la profundidad debido a variaciones en los acoplamientos o fittings.

Cómo sacar el tubo de la Roscadora

1.Mediante repetidos y enérgicos giros del volante del mandril en la parte delantera de la máquina, suelte la pieza de trabajo de las mordazas del mandril.

2.Si es necesario, afloje el dispositivo de centrado trasero girando el volante en la parte trasera de la máquina hacia la izquierda.

3.Retire de la Roscadora la pieza de trabajo, sujetán- dola firmemente.

ADVERTENCIA Cuando trabaje con trozos largos de tubos, asegure que el extremo que se encuentra más lejos de la Roscadora esté sujeto antes de reti- rarlo. De lo contrario, pueden ocurrir lesiones al volcarse el equipo o al caer la pieza de trabajo.

Transporte de la máquina

1.Asegure que la máquina esté desenchufada de la fuente de suministro.

2.Limpie las virutas y otros desechos de la bandeja de virutas.

3.Empuje el respiradero en la parte superior de la tapa del depósito a la posición CLOSED (cerrado). Revise que la tapa del depósito esté bien atornillada.

4.Mueva la cortadora, escariadora y cabezal de terrajas a la posición DOWN (abajo). (Figura 12)

5.Desacople la Roscadora 1210 del Soporte 120 sacando el pasador de fijación. Agarre tanto la manija delantera como la trasera de la Roscadora 1210 y le- vante la máquina en forma recta, fuera de los pasadores de montaje.

6.Meta el interruptor de pie en el clip correspondiente en el costado izquierdo de la máquina (mirada desde atrás) (Figura 13).

7.Pliegue el Soporte No. 120 extrayendo los pasadores de émbolo de las dos patas no estacionarias. Gire cada una de esas patas hacia la pata central esta- cionaria (Figura 12).
